About the Golf GTI Cup Car
The Golf GTI Cup is a
one-make race series organized by Volkswagen Group Japan. The races feature Golf
GTI cars which have been modified and outfitted for track use. These
modifications include 4-point seatbelts, roll cage, and DSG (Direct Shift
Gearbox). Owners also apply colorful liveries to set their car apart from the
others. The series has 5 races throughout Japan, and encourages both seasoned
racers and amateurs to go out and participate.

About the Model
Newly evolved TT-01 type E
chassis.
Damper Stay and Gear Case parts are made from
fiberglass-reinforced resin for greater strength.
New front and rear uprights are also made from
durable fiberglass-reinforced resin.
Improved steering linkage design features TA05
steering posts for sharper steering response.
Completely new upper deck enhances chassis
rigidity and mimics Tamiya�s high-level race spec machines.
Upper deck also features a convenient
transponder mount to further encourage fans to go to their local track and
experience R/C racing.
New-mold 1.0mm SX4 WRC body made from
lightweight polycarbonate material.
Injection-molded side mirrors and rear wing
provide crisp detail.
Includes ESC (TEU-101BK), Type 540 motor, and
2-channel R/C system and front and rear LED lights.
7.2V battery and charger separately required.
Wide variety of Option Parts are separately
available to customize your machine.
