Based on the popular TRF415MS chassis, this conversion kit helped 4 Tamiya Racing Factory
drivers place in the Top 10 at the Reedy Race America, and was used by TRF driver Marc
Reinhard to take victory at the Reedy Race Europe in June 2005. With a winning combination
of real race experience and high precision tuning, this conversion set is sure to provide results
on the track.
About the TRF415MSX Conversion Kit
This conversion kit modifies a standard TRF415MS
chassis (not included) for
easiermaintenance and lower center of gravity. Bulkheads feature convenient
detachable design,while rear bulkhead has been lengthened to stretch until
almost the center of the chassis.Easily detachable design allows quick access to
the drive train by simply removing screws.Drastically shortened upper deck has
been designed to pass between drive belt to join withfront and rear bulkheads.
This ultra-low position will greatly optimize balance and center ofgravity. With
no need for a middle deck, the upper arm will now fix directly to the
bulkhead,improving suspension durability by ensuring that even the strongest
sideways G forces willnot cause warping. Box can be
used as special battery case, storing up to 11 separate type6 cell
Batteries.
