As 2.4Ghz becomes the new worldwide standard for R/C models, Tamiya is proud to release this 3-channel 2.4GHz radio control system.
The transmitter is equipped with following functions:
Servo Reverse Switches
Throttle/Steering Trim Dials
3-Channel Button
Throttle ATV (Adjustable Travel Volume) for forward & reverse
Steering Dual Rate
Fail Safe Function (This moves the throttle servo to the preset position when the receiver cannot receive the transmitter�s signal)
Specs & Features
The transmitter and receiver utilize a 2.4GHz frequency system which eliminates the need for frequency crystals.
Designed by world-famous German industrial designer Hans A. Muth, the transmitter features an ergonomic wheel and trigger design which optimizes handling comfort and a user-friendly layout.
Please use 6.0V receiver battery or ESC with BEC (such as TEU-302BK) to provide power to the receiver as the receiver is not equipped with BEC.
Tamiya ESC's TEU-101BK and TEU-104BK are not compatible as they are not equipped with BEC.
Only four AA batteries (sold separately) are required for the transmitter, making it lighter and more energy efficient
