About the Ferrari F430
Introduced at the 2004 Paris Auto Salon as the successor to the popular Ferrari 360 Modena,
the F430 made quite a splash. While retaining a similar aluminum spaceframe chassis to the
360, the F430 features a tight and compact body that clearly exhibits the F-1 influence on
Ferrari design. It has a new generation, 4.3 liter V8 engine with 490hp output, making it a truly
supercharged road car. Impressive specs like a maximum speed of 315km/h and 0 to 100
acceleration in 4 seconds flat round out the profile of this luxury supercar.
